The institute is a premier provider of healthcare, diagnosis, and treatment in Saudi Arabia. They provide comprehensive, affordable, and patient-centric health services across the country. They approached Accely to implement electronic content management solutions.
They had an issue with organizational content and processes like many paper-based processes, difficult to efficiently share documents, multiple versions of the same content, inability to search content across systems, lack of proper information, and governance which was a hassle.
We implemented OnBase to streamline their requirements and improve the efficiency of their business process. To support their backend operation, Onbase, an ECM product (Electronics Content Management) will help in having a single central repository for patient records and documents, form registration, and approvals.
