The major pain points of the retail industry, and other businesses like inventory management, accounting, purchase management, and real-time synchronization between business software, were highlighted during the show.
The discussion was focused on the importance of ERP to leverage business growth. It reflected the fact that Odoo is adding over 1000 businesses every month, and the retention rate is around 104% per year. The ERP system has now become a benchmark in the industry.
