The customer that enjoys tremendous respect and success with its perfumes across different parts of the world, was facing trouble over accurate and real-time reporting as well as adopting newer business processes. With an aim to move its operations to the cloud, the business integrated the SAP S/4 HANA Cloud platform to future-proof its operations and enjoy scalability and growth.

Further, in order to strengthen its operations across the global platform, the multi-million dollar corporate entity also agreed to SAP SuccessFactors Implementation, in order to streamline operations, manage business alignment, and keep a tab on the performance of its workforce.
