Given its operations that run across multiple fronts via brick and mortar stores, along with online eCommerce stores, the organization requires a large number of resources to ensure seamless functioning of operations.

Given this large scale is spread across an entire country, the hypermarket retail company was facing hurdles in managing the manual workforce. With Accely’s partnership to augment third-party resources across its stores, the enterprise expects improved performance management across its outlets.
